About these terms
These terms apply to the Yume website, Vault, protected owner surfaces, and connected private community services. By using a Yume service, you agree to these terms and the rules of the official Yume Discord server.
Vault is private infrastructure built for Yume and is not distributed for installation in other servers. G94 Music is a separate public bot with its own terms and privacy information at g94music.xyz.
Access and accounts
Access is tied to Discord membership and the permissions assigned inside Yume. Some Discord actions are restricted to staff, administrators, or the owner, while the Vault configuration dashboard is owner-controlled.
You must not share protected credentials, bypass access controls, impersonate another member, or attempt to use tools outside the permissions given to you.
Acceptable use
Use Yume in a way that is safe, lawful, and consistent with the server rules. Do not exploit bugs, automate commands unfairly, manipulate games or rewards, evade moderation, disrupt services, scrape protected information, or use Yume to harm another person.
Security issues should be reported privately to the server owner or authorised staff instead of being exploited or published.
Content and community features
You remain responsible for messages, media, appeals, reports, applications, tickets, and other content you submit. You give Yume permission to process that content only as needed to deliver the requested feature, protect the community, keep required records, and investigate misuse.
Private or anonymous community features may hide identity from ordinary members, but authorised staff or safety systems may still have access where required for abuse prevention, moderation, or support.
Tokens, rewards, and games
Vault tokens, items, roles, achievements, rewards, and casino access are virtual community features. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and do not represent property, credit, or a financial account.
Balances, cooldowns, outcomes, and rewards may be corrected when caused by a bug, exploit, duplicate transaction, administrative mistake, or platform recovery. Deliberate abuse may result in removal from Yume services.
Moderation and safety
Vault and connected safety systems may automatically block content, restrict features, preserve evidence, or apply temporary safeguards. Authorised staff may issue warnings, timeouts, service restrictions, or bans under the community rules.
Where an appeal or review process is available, members may use it. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that an action will be reversed.
Availability and changes
Yume is provided for the community on an as-available basis. Features may be changed, paused, repaired, or retired for maintenance, security, Discord platform changes, legal requirements, or community needs.
Reasonable care is taken to preserve persistent records, but uninterrupted availability and recovery of every message, game, reward, or file cannot be guaranteed.
Responsibility and updates
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Yume and Nerds Incorporated are not responsible for indirect loss caused by unavailable community features, member misuse, Discord outages, or third-party services outside their control.
These terms may be updated when the platform or its legal obligations change. The date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
